Important information about the CAP:
- The Continuation Application is only for current PHLpreK providers.
- Proposals, including all supporting documentation, must be submitted via Reviewr no later than Monday April 8, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Philadelphia, PA, local time.
- Any supporting document templates that are downloaded should be completed on a computer and saved in the original format (i.e. Excel, Word) to be uploaded back into the Reviewr system. Pictures of completed documents will not be accepted. Documents that require a signature will be accepted in PDF format, as will items like the site’s license.
- All proposals must be submitted via Reviewr
